Job Description
I am currently working in partnership with a specialist manufacturer based in Wiltshire. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for a Technical Assistant to join their Technical and Regulatory team. My client’s reputation proceeds them priding innovation and creativity central to their service.
Reporting into the Technical Director you will be providing general technical/supply chain administrative support to an increasingly busy department. The ideal candidate will have a science or food science degree coupled with experience in industry (either work experience or university placement). This will be an office focused, desk-based position.
Role responsibilities include:
• Supporting the Technical Manager with day-to-day technical and supply chain administrative duties.
• Maintaining quality systems
• Technical documentation
• Quality assurance in logistics
As Technical Assistant you will be required to work Monday to Friday. On offer is a salary up to £26,000 per annum dependent on experience and performance at interview. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate within a related food or science degree to secure their first role within industry, develop their career and take advantage of some excellent training.
