Job Description

Are you an experienced Technical professional with a strong background in high risk and a track record of working with major retailers? My are client a leading meat manufacturer in the North West and are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Manager to oversee and enhance their technical operations.

The role:
As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all technical aspects for the site, leading the Technical function. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure compliance with BRC standards, drive process improvements, and champion quality assurance to maintain the highest standards of product excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable on the factory floor, as well as making strategic decisions, who can bring a wealth of Technical experience and existing retailer relationships, and has strong people management skills.

Package on offer up to £70,000.
