Since starting this business nearly 10 years ago this organisation have quickly become a one stop shop for bringing new health & pharma products to market. They offer a complete end-to-end solution. Starting with the concept from a client to creating samples, complete manufacturing, and distribution. Working closely with customers to select the perfect ingredients, tastes and textures for their products to successfully launch.
The Role
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be leading the full supply chain function for the business reporting into the CEO. Manging your team on 3 your duties will include.
• Manage the procurement of materials (ingredients/packaging)
• Work closely with contract packers & blenders
• Maintain excellent international supplier relationships.
• Ensure the accuracy of import/export goods and the documentation.
• Mange inventory across various holding warehouses
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for the position you’ll need a driven and engaging attitude, along with being the team manager you’ll also need to have a team player attitude. You will also need.
• Expert knowledge of import/export, procurement, project management, inventory & logistics
• Knowledge of various order management systems & MRP’s
• Previous team management experience
• Solid experience & knowledge of FMCG and or ingredients (essential)
• Previously managed international supplier relationships and working with 3PL’s

If successful, this role offers a salary of £45-£50k. This organisation will offer you support and stability as you develop in the business.
