Job Description

Are you looking to join one of the most reputable food manufacturing companies in the UK? If you are an experienced specifications technologist with several years exposure to the sector, then this is the role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

Update and maintain all finished product specifications on offline and online specification systems
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding their technical queries
Maintain technical information systems
Review documentation relating to product specifications, including HACCP, food safety, HARA, vulnerability and TACCP
Keep up-to-date on current food safety law

Tasks

Creation of finished product specifications for customers as applicable and in a number of different formats.
Label checks of products against finished product specification
Provide technical support to the product development team
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
