Senior Production and Process Supervisor, Dorset
Job Description
A fantastic opportunity arises for a Production Supervisor to join a food manufacturer based in Dorset.
The Role:
• To supervise the efficient operation of production.
• To work and liaise with Factory Manager for adherence of QMS, policies and procedures.
• To meet set KPI’s for service level, waste, efficiency, GMP, QMS, etc
• To coordinate with the team leaders effectively and ensure production plans are met in a timely manner.
• To understand, implement & challenge if necessary, the daily plans with Production Manager & Planner.
• You will be responsible for multiple process development technologists.
The Candidate:
• You will be extremely driven, a strong leader, passionate individual that has a strong managerial background – Ideally in food manufacturing
• You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
The Details:
• Monday to Friday days
• £31000 – £34000
