We are currently hiring for the position of Senior NPD Technologist. As part of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will work closely with the NPD Manager to create and deliver innovative meat products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include project management, recipe development, tasting panels, and client presentations. We are seeking a passionate individual with a deep understanding of food and processes, along with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Join our team and be part of bringing exciting new products to the market.

Requirements:

Minimum 18 months of recipe development experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of the launch process, both internally and externally.
Confident in a kitchen environment with a genuine passion for food.
Proficient in email, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a focus on change and high expectations.
Valid full driving license and own transport required.
