Senior Formulation Chemist

I'm currently supporting a fantastic beauty business who are looking to add 2 Senior level Formulation chemists to their growing team.

This position is newly created as part of ongoing business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of chemical principles and experience in creating and testing new formulations for various products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimise new product formulations using a variety of chemical compounds and ingredients
Conducting laboratory experiments and follow stability and compatibility testing of approved formulations
Analyse data and provide technical reports on formulation properties, performance, and stability
Stay current with industry trends and new developments in the field of formulation chemistry

Key Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in formulation chemistry, preferably in the development of consumer products
Knowledge of chemical principles, including organic and inorganic chemistry, as well as experience working with various chemical compounds and ingredients
