ROLE

The UK Operations Manager has a responsibility to provide leadership and focus to site departments within their remit, to deliver on the overall strategic direction of the UK Unit. They will ensure day to day management and monitoring of operational results and processes, key priorities are to support the design of the ideal manufacturing footprint, including costs, quality, health & safety, environmental, profitability, investments, annual budget processes, regular departmental reviews, and people & organisation management with key stakeholders. They will create an environment that promotes individual and team commitment to the achievement of the operating plan & Company’s Purpose Driven Strategy, both strategically as well as tactically.

CANDIDATE

You will have a track record in Management within the FMCG sector. Food industry experience would be desirable but is by no means essential. You will have the necessary gravitas to lead by example!

10% Bonus
29 days including Bank Holidays
