In this role, you will lead creative marketing activities and play a pivotal role in delivering departmental objectives. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening product brand, engaging with customers, and ensuring consistent and professional marketing communications.
Job Description:
Deliver content in line with the Group Marketing Strategy, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and trend examination, to identify outreach opportunities.
Create marketing content, including customer presentations and external/internal communications.
Act as a brand guardian and collaborate with the external Brand Manager to maintain brand assets.
Assist in developing creative campaigns and promotional events to drive success.

Qualifications and Experience:
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, graded A*-C.
Relevant degree (desired).
Demonstrable experience in a senior marketing role.
Experience in Food & Beverage, Flavour, Fragrance, or Chemical sectors (desired).
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, statistics, and MS Office.
Familiarity with copywriting, branding, and creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in written and verbal English.

Salary is circa £50,000 (Negotiable)
