Salary: £52,000

My client are an award winning establishment, looking for an exceptional maintenance engineering team leader to join their team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop and progress their career within an exciting, growing business.

Role:

Undertake routine maintenance as required, operating within Health and Safety regulations and manufacturer’s guidelines
Lead the maintenance team on shift
Carry out assessments to identify gaps in engineering compliance areas and provide support for major site occupational/food safety issues, accidents or major production issues.
Experienced in managing KPIs
To be able to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting
Undertake repairs to plant, machinery and equipment specified in PPM or whilst in the production areas
Good proven knowledge of PLC’s
Must be:

Electrical bias (ideally)
FMCG experienced
Enthusiastic and eager to progress
Team orientated
Experienced in leading a team of engineers
