Are you an experienced continuous improvement candidate in the manufacturing sector, then this is the role for you. My client are a global leading manufacturer in their sector. Based at their new facility in the central belt of Scotland, this position will be reporting directly to the plant manager and working in a freestanding role throughout the plant. It's desireable for the candidate to have a Green belt (however yellow belts will also be considered) alongside 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
?? Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and productivity
?? Implement Lean methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate waste
?? Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
?? Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
?? Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
?? Proven experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment
?? Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies
?? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
?? Effective leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
