Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials, components, and services required for the manufacturing process in the EMS sector.
• Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Buyer in the EMS or related sector is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.

Salary: £25,800 – £42,800
