Our client, a whisky distillery with exciting plans for growth and product development are seeking an experienced, hands-on senior distiller to join their team and produce some seriously good spirits.
The role:
• Lead production and manufacturing at the distillery from start to finish could be anything from distilling to bottling
• Ensure site compliance with Health and Safety, quality and environmental legislation
• Play an important role in new recipe creation and diversification of spirits produced
• Analyse data in order to optimise production and other efficiencies
The candidate:
• An experienced distiller with 2+ years of commercial experience in a distillation environment (distilling qualification/degree preferable)
• Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement
• Knowledge of safety and quality legislation
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
