As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing production and operations. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team, ensuring consistent quality and efficient manufacturing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to growth and success, whilst also challenging your skills.

Role:

• Effectively managing the operations teams
• Effective planning and management of production schedules to ensure the resource structures within the departments are adequate to deliver the short and longer term requirements
• Ensure the management of SOPs relevant to the areas
• Identify opportunities for cost and quality optimisation
• Implement a performance management system with focus on top losses, reduced variable to drive improvements in quality and productivity.

Requirements:

– Food Manufacturing experience
– Understanding of manufacturing and it's processes
– Management skills – working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
